'Sex' Flashbacks and Dreams

They say Carrie’s wedding was a dream – I say it was a nightmare. But I’m just glad to have been woken from it! I suspected the producers of Sex and the City: The Movie were filming scenes they wouldn’t use to deliberately fool the masses. According to the New York Post, the scenes of Carrie’s wedding and Charlotte’s pregnancy are to be used – but they will feature as fantasies only. Thank the Lord!
On another note, it seems that casting calls for young women who epitomise the four leading ladies have been fruitful, with a quartet of young girls cast to portray Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda and Samantha in an eighties flashback.
I don’t like this idea either, but I guess I can live with it – despite the fact that in the series, Charlotte hadn’t been friends with them for that long, and the girls that were cast don’t have so much in common with the stars of the show, apart from hair colour – particularly as ‘Carrie’ is about a foot taller than the rest of them.
I still have nearly eight months to keep tormenting and tantalising myself with Sex and the City snippets and speculation - at the end of which I shall be quite mad.

Since then I have bought all the DVDs and become slightly crazed. I have only ever been like this with one other show - SeaChange - so please don't think I love lightly. Lol.
By all means, see the movie, but you might not grasp all the inner workings without seeing the series first.
Trust me, it's got everything and it's well worth it.

If SJP is wearing it, you can bet everyone else will too. Did you see the Eiffel Towel bag she had in the pics of the first day of filming? Bloody hideous - but there has since been a crazy rush of people worldwide ordering the fugly thing!

Well, she learnt it all from Patricia Field and that's a lady known for her wackiness. I think SJP can usually make it work in a way many others couldn't - and shouldn't - but every now and then it's a bit much. Like the bloody feather!
